What you will be doing

We are building a SaaS product to help enterprises manage their workforce and we need your help.

You will work on a fully independent team comprising product management, product design, front and back end engineering to design and build a product that will define the future of work. We are very proud of the team we have built to date and we are committed to creating a culture as strong as our team. As part of the team, you will help foster a culture of continuous learning through: code reviews, ideation, and mentoring/coaching other developers.

This is an exciting role, with Kubernetes as the core, where you will work as part of the SysEng function with exposure to an interesting mix of horizontally multivariate and vertically multilateral infrastructure challenges. You will be instrumental in partnering with the dev team to build a secure, scalable, monitored cloud platform as well as create the tooling and infrastructure to support our growing team and customer base. You will be developing access control policies, IaC (Terraform) modules for our AWS stack(s), and strategies for kubernetes deployment.


  • Good knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
  • Deep knowledge of IAM is a plus; experience building comprehensive access control policies
  • Can prioritize mission-critical tasks, be proactive, handle some context-switching while coordinating the deployment of our systems
  • Develop the best in class CI/CD experience.
  • Set up best in class monitoring and alerting platform that combines business and operational metrics
  • Apply security best practices to every layer of the deployed infrastructure stack.
  • Good understanding of networking - VPN (IPsec), L2/L3 devices
  • Ability to deploy, debug, monitor, scale, and harden linux and windows operating system(s) and environments
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, packer, containerization (docker, CRI-o)
  • Scripting/programming experience beneficial
